Scotch™ Brand Tapes and Post-it® Brand are among the most iconic names in home and office products, so when the opportunity arose to bring them together in a crossover campaign for the back-to-school season, Spot moved quickly to make the most of it. Leveraging the power of storytelling, our team created a series of heartfelt and inspiring ads—including the introduction of the new Scotch® Stainless Steel Refillable Dispenser—that celebrated life’s biggest moments and the versatile role these products play in them.

Challenge

To showcase the wide variety of uses for Scotch™ and Post-it® products while launching the new Stainless Steel Refillable Dispenser—all within a compelling, family-focused narrative that would resonate emotionally with viewers during the back-to-school season. We needed to find a way to balance two beloved brands in a series of simple storylines without overshadowing one or the other.

Solution

Spot executed an end-to-end production that brought to life everyday moments when Scotch™ and Post-it® products naturally come into play. From a mother helping her daughter preparing to leave for college, to simple shorts demonstrating key product differentiators, these videos seamlessly integrated each brand into relatable scenes.
